You can delete your AutoBlack account in the app or by email.

In the app

Open Profile and choose Delete account. Confirm. We will close access, revoke sessions, and anonymize the email and username of that account.

By email

• Write to info@autoblack.app with the subject Delete AutoBlack account, from the account email.
• Include your name if you remember it.
• Direct link: mailto:info@autoblack.app?subject=Delete%20AutoBlack%20account

We may ask for reasonable information to confirm the account is yours.

What is deleted or anonymized

Within 30 days:

• Profile and sign-in data for that account.
• Vehicles in the personal garage and their service history.
• Push notification tokens.
• Diagnosis-assistant counters.

Assistant question text is not stored in our database. On the phone, that day’s chat may remain until the app clears it or you clear the app data.

What may remain

• A record a shop created about you in the shop’s own workspace. The shop controls that copy. Ask the shop and copy us on the same email if you wish.
• Payment records WooCommerce or PayPal must keep, and data blocked for a legal duty, fraud, security, or an open claim.
• Backups, until they rotate, already out of operational use.
